TOMAS ARCHULETA

Hailing from Colorado, the owner of True Fit Tattoo Studio built his career brick by brick.  It was 16 years ago when a young Tomas first picked up a tattoo machine, being a lifelong artist with a rebellious spirit, it was love at first sight.  After working in shops such as 'Thick As Thieves' in Denver, Co and Seattle's 'Slave to the Needle', Tomas had worked with tattoo masters as he was on the fast track to become one in his own right.  With a lifetime of artistry up his sleeve, his tattoos more than stood out and people definitely noticed. He moved to San Diego in 2009 and built a loyal and dedicated clientele  through consistently putting out stunning tattoos and being one of the most genuine and professional tattooers in southern California.  Tomas co-owned a tattoo shop before an opportunity arose to create his brain child: True Fit Tattoo Studio.  The walls are adorned with his strikingly beautiful and complex paintings, which he often takes commissions to create.  At this point in his career, Tomas is about large scale pieces which is evident from the painted Japanese bodysuit that hangs above his station.  Back pieces, full arm and leg sleeves, as well as flawlessly executed portraits fill his extensive portfolio.  If you are in the market for your very own Archuleta piece, his favorite styles are Japanese, Americana, and both black & grey and color Realism. The Tattoo Master is usually booked a few months out, but ask any of his clients if it was worth the wait and they will undoubtedly say YES!
